"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! Frühstück Top!!! Parkhaus nur 200 m entfernt und vom Hotel aus zu bezahlen!!! Also jederzeit eine Reise wert!!! "

"Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The breakfast was very mediocre 3 star at best, pillows very uncomfortable, room itself was very nice with balcony and good bathroom with...
