"Clean room, air conditioning worked well. Refrigerator in room was barely functioning. Was very noisy at night from other guests."

"We usually love splash magic. However this visit was not as great as other visits. First thing was they still have bingo listed as an activity. But they don’t do it anymore. Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open...
