“We only stayed one night during "not peak season" so was a very reasonable rate for Steamboat Springs! The 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pictures look "bare-bones" but the living room had a colorful area rug and pillow added which helped a lot. It was quiet. Hopefully the exterior will be improved to match the nicely-done interior remodels! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Cozy, comfy and conveniently located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lionshead gondola. Perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Bed was comfy, living area furniture too. Some reviews mentioned the accomodation was dated but I didn’t notice. It was fine for a few days stay. Anything longer I might opt for a larger apartment. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend.”

“Just like it says, this is a magnificent mountain retreat. We stayed up there over Labor day weekend. There were 28 of us. The two homes fit our family perfectly. Both homes boasted a large kitchen that was perfect for feeding our large group. Great views. Hot tubs were great for the evenings. Plenty of space in both units. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back! Management was great as well and communicated thoroughly.”

“I booked this cabin in preparation for a surprise trip to Grand Lake to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancé!) It was exactly what I had hoped for - tucked away and cozy, really had all the charm one desires in a little cabin getaway. “Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. “Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day..
