The trade fair in Friedrichshafen can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. The train station is only a 7-minute walk away (450 m).

The 53 m² holiday apartment is equipped for 2 to 4 people and is ideal for holidaymakers, families, business travelers and trade fair visitors. Start your day with breakfast on the spacious and cozy balcony with mountain view. The building has an elevator (at least 90 cm deep and wide, door opening 70 cm). There are two smoke detectors in the apartment.

A newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen provide comfort. You also have TV and a fan at your disposal.

Further amenities include an elevator, baby cot and high chair—ideal for families with children. The proximity to the beach offers additional convenience. A private parking space at the house is available.

For guests who want to explore the area by bike, there is a communal bicycle room. Please note that events on the property are not permitted. Flexible arrival and departure is possible seven days a week via a key safe.
