Sehr gute Lage, der Weg nach Krimml zum Einkaufen mit einen Fußweg mit 15 Minuten Bergauf ist ok. Sonst mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Div. Gaststätten sind auch vorhanden, sehr freundlich und gut 👍. Das Schwimmbad im Ort mit 24C kann man gut Empfehlen ( auch Kinder Ecke mit Becken vorhanden!) Auch eine Alpaka Wanderung für Jung und Alt ist möglich!

Schönes einfaches Haus

Es war alles soweit in Ordnung, warm, trocken und sauber. Anstatt der 3 WCs haben wir leider nur 2 vorgefunden. Das WLAN ist mit mit modernen Ansprüchen etwas überfordert. In der Küche befindet sich kein einziges Küchenmesser. Aber das ist auch alles negative. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lage, Saunabereich, Vermieter und Kommunikation, Übergabe alles topp, gerne wieder Klare Weiterempfehlung Wir haben den

Schönes helles großzügiges Holzhaus. Wir haben uns mit acht Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Schönes großes Wohnzimmer. Hatten das mittlere von drei Chalets, die so voneinander separiert waren, dass man seine Privatsphäre hatte. Gute Lage zu den Wasserfällen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Chalet hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, es war funktionell ausgestattet und für unsere Bedürfnisse praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet (auch wenn einige Gebrauchsspuren nicht zu übersehen waren). Auch die Lage des Hauses war gut, dennoch sollte man sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die viel befahrene Straße doch etwas störend ist. Aber einige Mängel haben wir wirklich als untragbar empfunden: - Splitternde Terrassenholzdielen (Aus Füßen, Knien und Händen unserer Kleinkinder haben wir etliche Splitter entfernen müssen.) - Im oberen Bad neben der Einzeltoilette lag trotz durchgängig geöffnetem Fenster ein unangenehmer Geruch in dem Raum. Im Schlafzimmer darunter schien ein Stück der Holzdecke aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit geschimmelt zu sein. (Übrigens: Die quietschende Türklinke des Bades signalisierte den Bewohnern der Nachbarzimmer, dass das Bad besetzt war ...) - Im unteren Bad herrschte nachts ein munteres Treiben von Silberfischchen... (Auch dort ließen wir das Fenster durchgehend offen.) - Die Tür des unteren Schlafzimmers klemmte und konnte nur mit einem festen Ruck geöffnet und geschlossen werden. - Der Kinderstuhl war defekt und stellte eine Verletzungsgefahr für unser krabbelndes Kleinkind dar (die untere Leiste hing auf einer Seite herunter.) Neben diesen Mängeln fanden wir es wenig einladend, dass im Eingangsbereich, an der Terassentür und auf den Balkonen etliche große Spinnweben hingen. Auch hätten wir uns etwas saubere Fenster gewünscht, durch die man auch noch schauen kann, wenn die Sonne hereinscheint.

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm, der zuständige Ansprechpartner überreichte uns aber lediglich bei Ankunft den Schlüssel, eine Erklärung zur Funktion des Türschlosses, was sich als ziemlich kompliziert herausstellte bekamen wir nicht, ebenso, wie oben schon beschrieben die Gästekarte, die aber für Vergünstigungen bei Eintritten, Bergbahnen wichtig ist. Die Kundenfreundlichkeit u. Aufmerksamkeit sollte noch verbessert werden.

Chalet ist sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt. Hatte ein Leck, das der Manager nicht auf nach der Meldung uns reagieren und wir wollten eine einzelne Abdeckung, aber er hatte nicht eine und gab uns eine doppelte Abdeckung.
