「Great stay」

「Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. 「New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. 「Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…」

「Excellent Food, ambiance, staff, room condition.」

「The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.」

「Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades.」

Instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution/compensation, he refused to help. > For a 5-star hotel like Radisson, this kind of poor maintenance and bad management attitude is completely...
