This charming 45-square-meter apartment, situated on the first floor, is perfect for up to three guests. It offers a peaceful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a welcoming living room featuring a pull-out sofa, ideal for an additional guest or two children. Step out from the living room onto the lovely covered balcony and enjoy stunning views of the sea.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a pleasant stay: an electric stove with three ceramic cooktops, a filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower, washing machine, sink, and hair dryer. The apartment is also air-conditioned, with two units for optimal comfort.

Additional Information:
- Smoking is permitted only outside, on the terrace or balcony.
- Pets (up to 15 kg) are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of 12 euros per day. By bringing a pet, you agree to take full responsibility for its care and not to leave it unattended in the apartment.
