Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf einem gepflegten Grundstück mit einem sauberen Pool – ideal zum Entspannen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf mit freundlichen Nachbarn und bietet die perfekte Umgebung für Erholung. Zwar ist das Meer nicht direkt in der Nähe, doch zwei wunderschöne Strände sind in etwa 30 bis 45 Minuten gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.Die Ausstattung im Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Auch einige Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und sind gut zu erreichen.Ein besonderes Highlight ist die liebevoll künstlerisch gestaltete Einrichtung: Die Vermieterin Noela ist eine begabte Künstlerin, was sich im ganzen Haus widerspiegelt. Es gibt viele schöne Details zu entdecken, die dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre verleihen.Noela war während unseres Aufenthalts stets erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!Liebe Grüße Lena und Uwe

Super freundliche Vermieterin

Das Haus ist nicht modern, aber sehr liebevoll gestaltet, es fehlt an nichts, mehrere sitzMöglichkeiten außen im Garten, Noela hat uns mit einem "gedeckten" Tisch empfangen und ist bei Problemen sofort gekommen um zu helfen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und komplett eingezäunt, gut mit Hund.

Künstlerisches, erholsames Ferienhaus

Der Checkin war super angenehm. Die Besitzerin hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns sogar Obst, eine Käse- und Wustplatte und Getränke bereit gestellt. Das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Noela stand uns zu jeder Zeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet (die meisten Bilder hat Noela selbst gemalt). Was auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich war, aber eine willkommene Überraschung war - es gibt noch ein zweites Badezimmer mit Toilette und kleiner Sitz-Badewanne, was perfekt für unser Kind war. Die Nachbarn in der Umgebung sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Garten bietet genügend Schattenplätze und durch das komplett umzäunte Grundstück konnte unsere Hündin den ganzen Tag draußen verweilen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca 15 Fahrtminuten Entfernung. Was einem bewusst sein sollte ist, dass es durchaus möglich sein kann ein paar Skorpionen im Haus über den Weg zu laufen. Bei der ersten Begegnung waren wir etwas panisch, bis wir erfahren haben, dass das in Kroatien mittlerweile nicht unüblich ist und die Skorpione auch nicht giftig sind. Zum nächstgelegenen offiziellen Hundestrand fährt man ca 40 Minuten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können Noelas Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es wurden sogar Getränke und ein paar Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt. Das war Perfect, da wir wegen viel Stau sehr spät ankamen. Die Hunde hatten viel Platz zum Rennen und wir haben die Zeit im Garten und im Pool sehr genossen. Zum Schluss gab es noch ein selbst gemachtes Geschenk. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie antwortet schnell wenn man fragen hat oder etwas benötigt. Der Garten war für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies, die Kids liebten den Pool. Ein paar mehr Spielsachen für die kleinen könnten vorhanden sein, evtl. ein paar Spielgeräte im Garten. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, die Nachbarn alle freundlich. Wir überlegen wiederzukommen 😊

Tolles Ferienhaus!!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für den Alltag benötigt. Der Pool ist eine tolle abkühlung. Im Umkreis gibt es kaum Lärm belästigung. Den ganzen Tag, ganz in Ruhe am Pool liegen war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und werden bestimmt dort nochmal Urlaub machen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Im Haus hat nichts gefehlt und der Kontakt sehr nett. Bis zum Strand mus man ca. mind. 30 min. rechnen, aber es lohnt sich. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten gib es in der Umgebung einige. Das Anwesen ist komplett umzäunt perfekt für einen Hund. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, noch einmal hinzufahren.

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Es liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf mit sehr netten Nachbarn und die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett. Uns hat es in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt. Man kann gut kochen, grillen, am Pool liegen oder Ausflüge machen. Uns und unserem Hund hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Und nochmal vielen lieben Dank für das tolle Abschiedsgeschenk! Es bekommt einen schönen Platz in unserem Haus.

Achtung, ein Betrug!

Grandma's old house is rented out here! In our case at horrendous prices. What you don't see on the photos is the desolate condition. Except for a bathroom and the pool, everything is old. It smells damp and old. The sunlounges from the pictures in the internet do not exist!!! Instead we found old plastic pieces covered with old smelly cushions we were too disgusted to use. The house is in a really bad condition. Unprofessionally built or repaired. You can see open damage in many places. Attempts were made with adhesive decor (?!) to make optical improvements in all possible places (light switches, bed, doors etc.). Some of the wiring goes metres over the wall. If you look closely, there is dirt in most corners. This probably also attracts animals. In the first 24 hours we caught more than 5! Scorpions. Most of them in the master bedroom. Up to 7cm big! Not nice bedfellows. Furnishings The furnishings are cheap or decades old. The rusty washing machine. Very old blankets and bedding. The cables for the night lamps are routed through the bed box, past the mattress and end in a dirty socket pointing upwards. This is a fire hazard. The kitchen is as cheap as the contents. The cheapest parts, knives coming off the handles, a colourful hodgepodge of material - we've never seen anything like it. The worse thing, at the end we were accused of damaging things and were charged additional 200 euros without any discussion or prove!!!

Super erholsamer Urlaub !

Wir (3Erw. + 1 Hund) hatten einen Super erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Noela. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs vorhanden. Das große vollständig umzäunte Grundstück ist ein Traum und perfekt für unseren Hund gewesen! Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank reichlich gefüllt mit Getränken, Wurst, Käse, Obst und Gebäck, sodass kein direkter Einkauf nötig war! Die Vermieter waren super nett und hatten für jedes Anliegen ein offenes Ohr, sowie Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, fernab von Massentourismus und umgeben von einheimischen, welche super nett und hilfsbereit sind. Mit dem Auto ist alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen (Einkaufen, Unternehmung, Strände, Wanderwege usw.) Alles in allem ein super gelungener Urlaub, fernab von Massentourismus. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Die Villa Noela war genau wie beschrieben,der Pool Ist wundervoll,wir wurden herzlich von den Vermieter empfangen ,der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region so mussten wir nach der langen Reise nicht direkt zum einkaufen . Wir können Villa Noela und Istrien nur weiterempfehlen

Alles aufgeräumt, sauber und schön

Nur zu empfehlen…es gibt wenig bis gar nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles sauber, der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft gefüllt und man bekommt sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk.
