In the apartment Manslagt is an attic apartment (99 m² area), which is integrated as a new building in 2017 in the Gulfhof. The apartment is nearing completion, images of the interior will follow shortly. The apartment is available from the end of June 2017 for rent.
It features a large living room with open fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious shower room and a built-in the apartment closet.
The living room is extended by a recessed into the roof loggia, from which you can enjoy the vastness of East Friesland ...
Inside the barn are still in various common rooms, which are available to all holiday guests at "Uplewarder grass house" available.
These include a dog shower, a playroom and a foosball room.
The history of Gulfhofes goes back to the 18th Century ... The Gulfhof "Uplewarder Grashaus" was refurbished 2007-2008 according to the most modern aspects with the greatest effort and largely rebuilt. So the barn tract (originally from 1803) and the main house (1849) after many historical viewpoints was rebuilt.

Fantastische Ruhe
Man ist hier im Nichts, aber sofort am Strand. Und man hat einfach Ruhe. Nicht mal Autos hört man. Hammer. Das beste, was Niedersachsen zu bieten hat.
Die Hütte ist von 1803, innen in den 2020ern neu renoviert. Alles vom Feinsten. Unten Spielz7mmer für die Kids, draussen Mega Auslauf.

Sehr schön Aufenthalt
Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung in einer sehr schön ausgebauten Scheune, umgeben von purer Ruhe. Positiv aufgefallen ist unseren Kindern das Spiel-und Kickerzimmer. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Wir waren lwider nur 4 Tage dort, haben es aber sehr genossen.

Super Unterkunft auch mit Kleinkindern
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist nur ca.5 Minuten vom Deich mit Trockenstrand und Spielplatz entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Was die Einrichtung betrifft ist alles Vorort was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Interessant zu wissen für Familien mit Kindern: Ein Hochstuhl sowie ein Reisebett für Babys und Kleinkinder steht zur Verfügung.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und fahren gerne noch einmal dort hin. 😊

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein tolles Feriendomizil. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr schön. Sie ist geräumig und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl geführt. Die Anlage drumherum ist sehr gepflegt und der Kickerraum war bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt.
