「When paying hundreds of dollars for stay, we expect towels when needed. During the 3rd evening of our stay, we asked for 1 towel out of 4 to be refreshed, and were told we have to pay 30 zloty because they only replace them of we stay 4 nights.. this is unacceptable and feels cheap」

「Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new.
Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and...

「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「Overall good, room is big and clean. Very convenient as it is located in the old town, and close to main station and tram station.
Only pity is the miscommunication that when I book the room, I saw washing machine in the profile. Once arrival, staffs said it is by request. 」
