i had a terrible check in experience. the mobile number given in Hotels.com claimed that they do not have any bookings (even though, i whatsapp the contact, given them the receipt prior my arrival). then out of a sudden, the right guy came up and sorted out the mess. this service apartment/condo is owned by many, who employs staff to manage (eg check in) their place.

Overall the stay was average, but it could’ve been great with some improvements. Cleanliness being the key here. Cons: - one pillow cover smelt and looked dirty. I’m not sure it had been washed. - sink and shower dirty. Definitely needs better cleaning, it’s gross. - towels didn’t smell very nice and so I bought my own from one of the many shopping malls. - no hairdryer and it said there was. - no iron and again it said there was. - no water in room (would’ve been a nice touch). - lampshade missing from bedside lamp. - lack of communication up front about check in process. Nothing received until 23:00 the night I arrived, which was just before I was due to land. Pros: - great location - great view from the room - lovely pool (limited to 8pm) - great gym with Towers view - comfortable bed - good apartment, which could be great with the cons fixed.

I stayed at Axon for 3 nights. Overall the stay was average, but it could’ve been great with a few improvements. Cleanliness being one of them, quality of bedding and towels, extra touches. Only had a text 30 minutes before my 23:30 arrival about the check in process, which would’ve been too late if I arrived at 3pm check in time. check in process needs to be greatly improved. No instruction was communicated to me until I called them on the morning of the check in date. At the property, I called the number as per instructed but my calls were unanswered. It was approximately 40 minutes after and assistance from the security guard that i got in contact with the guy who’s supposed to help me check in. Location was great though

We had a wonderful time in KL, thanks to Qasim and the great location of the property. Communication was not the best prior to the trip (ie there was only a phone number given and no front desk like a normal 24hr hotel), Qasim was excellent during the stay. The facilities of Axon were very good although shared with the sleeping lion hotel. Close to all major shopping and eating in Bukit Bintang. We booked 3 queen beds in a 3 br apartment but it was actually a studio and a 2 br apartment, and one br had only a single bed. It was a bit annoying to enter 3 separate codes to get into the main door and then into the two units. Basic toiletries were supplied including detergent for the washing machine but we had to contact Qasim for extra supplies during our stay.

Need to find your own way to contact the hotel for check in because they do not have any reception counter. There is no concierge available to store your luggages too. We chose the hotel because of it's close proximity to shopping areas around it but were very disappointed to be greeted with dirty room, toilets and poor service. The bedsheets were dusty and they do not provide any housekeeping services neither do they clear your rubbish throughout your stay. The personnel assisting with check in was only interested in collecting the cash of 300RM per room deposit. All in all, the property is only good for it's location.
