我預訂的是twin room含早餐，但入住時，前檯的年輕服務員卻很敷衍，房間變成一大床，不含早餐，也沒介紹環境，只把房卡給我，告訴我樓層就說OK了,還好當天下午覺得不妥，趁出門行經front desk時向另名女服務生查詢才將早餐部分改正，房間的部分就做罷，真正嚴重疏失。

It is dated.
Let's not kid ourselves, the hotel is pretty old, and the room can really do with a new coat of paint so to speak. But then for just over HKD300 or 30 UK pounds a night, what can you really expect? The room we have was not the cleanest in the world. The carpet was not properly vacuumed, and the bed sheets and towels could have been a lot better. Not to mentioned the little bugs we found on the desk. But saying that, the air-conditioning worked OK, things work and the breakfast was good (if you don't mind spicy food for breakfast). They are opening a new wing very soon, so lets hope the original hotel will get that desperately needed new paint in time. The location is great will a cinema and ten pin bowling lanes next door.

The hotel allows us to check in early is very impressive. We can take a short snap before starting our site visit after the few hours mid-night travel

A good value for that sort of price hotel.
I have to remind the room service to provide towels in the bathroom when I checked in on 24 Dec 2016. Overall, the staff at the reception counter are still very helpful and can provide information as needed.

A reasonable hotel
Staff were polite and friendly. Room was reasonably appointed but is in a serious need for a refurbishment. Breakfast basic, being limited, but still good. Wifi free and reliable.

It is near to famous historical sites, therefore very convenient. However, the facility is older and needs updating. My group booked many rooms, and a number of them were damp and moldy. several requested change of rooms. Our booking indicated non-smoking rooms requested, but this was not honored, and my room had ash tray. The hotel is was listed as 4-star. Hence, there is an expectation of certain quality threshhold. Otherwise, it can be a very nice place. At least, the staff were all very nice, welcoming and helpful.
