友人と子ども含む2家族で滞在したい目的で宿泊

友人と子ども含む2家族で滞在したい目的で宿泊。目的としては十分達成できたので良かったです。ただ、表面上の清掃は問題なかったのですが、ベッドの下、システムキッチンの下、車庫（虫の死骸があった）等、全てに行き届いているというものではなかったです。また、部屋の装備においては、IHコンロの操作がわかりにくく説明書も必要最低限というところも不親切、炊飯器のコードが短くソファ近くの床に置いてご飯を炊かないといけなかった等、少し不便でした。タコ足や延長コードも備えておいてくれたらと思います。施設は新しくおしゃれなのですが、立地に対して、お値段も高めだなと思います。当日、該当するお部屋のお風呂やシャワーも使えず（給湯器故障）、別部屋にて入浴しました。この件においては驚きましたが、丁寧な対応と返金があったので問題なかったです。でも、この建物内のお部屋全て同じかと思いますが、シャワー室と浴室がつながっていないのは不便ですね。九十九里の各所にアクセスしやすく、旅自体楽しめて良かったのですが、お部屋に関しては総合的に見て値段設定と見合っていないと感じるところは多かったです。

率直に言って、お部屋を使用し始めるまでにとんでもなく時間と労力を要しました

率直に言って、お部屋を使用し始めるまでにとんでもなく時間と労力を要しました。15時のチェックインを目掛けて指定の住所へ友人の携帯と合わせて２つのGoogleマップを使って行きましたか、全く異なる場所へ到着しました。電話で問い合わせ、目に入った飲食店の名前を伝えたところ、「そこの隣です」と、やはり全く異なる場所を指定され「だからそこにはないんですよ」と伝えました。その場で途方に暮れていると、傍の工場の職員さんが「rakutenの建物かい？オレ、何十回も説明してるからわかる」と教えて下さりやっと辿り着けました。　すると到着するなり、どこからもお湯がでず、サーフィン後だったので本当に困りました。相談したオペレーターさんが説明できず、やっとわかる方が出てくれて、外のガスメーターまで行って対処を求められ、お湯が出るようになり、やっと最低限の設備の宿を利用するかのように整ったのが17時30分近く。ゆっくりするために行ったのですが、出だしが本当に最悪でした。オペレーターさんも一生懸命説明しようとしてくれますし、お部屋の清潔感は申し分ないのですが、「無人対応」が実現できる体制に全く至ってないです。
