"The staff was wonderful!!! When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. The next morning was the most relaxing check out process and breakfast we could ask for!! The fig Jelly was delicious as was the whole meal by the sweet, helpful lady who prepared it! Customer service was top notch- it was so peaceful and beautiful- it looks like a postcard!! We would love to return- All hikers should really enjoy the numerous trails we saw and take a look at this place too- not to mention the price was unbelievable!!! 😊"

"We had a wonderful experience here except for the very end when we were locked inside of the hotel and could not exit! Bringing this up here so that hopefully staff will address this. We left around 6am for the Theth to valbona hike, exited our room and every single door was locked. We were literally locked into the hotel overnight. Extremely creepy and scary! There are no contact numbers and there was no one available, we were forced to jump several feet out of the window with our gear. Please fix this!! Totally unacceptable and a fire hazard! We checked multiple windows and other doors and they all seemed to be locked. This should not ever happen. Besides that, truly wonderful and family-owned business. We slept great, the room stays nice and cool. Clean amenities, so relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant has great food too!"

"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"Beautiful rooms, everything is very new and clean The views from any room are incredible. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Breakfast is meh, the restaurant for dinner was good. Service was okay but they seemed short staffed"
