"Alfter many wonderful stays at the Maui Coast... it was surprising to have a noisy room. It was close to the pool entrance, parking lot entrance, dinging elevator and water machine. It was hard to enjoy Maui after so little sleep. No other room was available on any of the 3 nights I was there."

"There were bugs in our room, as well as a dirty razor in our shower and the drain area on the shower was also very dirty. Although the room itself is upgraded, the hallways and wider hotel are not. We were told to email the hotel with pictures of the bugs, which we did, and we have not heard ..."
