「Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.」

「Very nice and warm hotel. Also close to shopping malls and restaurants in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Great view for part of the city and distance. Nearby mosques broadcasts in fixed timings are still audible through windows. Quite an exotic experience.」

「The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.」
