Nice resort vibes pool, variety of food for the buffet breakfast was not a wide selection but good enough. Got a room quite far from the lift unfortunately despite special requesting. Traffic for the car incoming for pick up is quite jam.

The water in toilet seems like have issue. Wondering why there’s always a puddle of water after bathing or even flushing toilet. It was only for a short night thus didn’t bother to ask for a change.

It was welcoming that the hotel staff at check-in counters did greet the hotel guests. Cup noodles & microwaveable hot food were available for purchase next to check-in reception. Need to request for non-standard amenities eg. toilet roll, bottled water & for daily cleaning of room at check-in reception.
Room was not set up according to number of guests indicated in room booking. The sofa bed which was meant to be a sleeping bed for guest was uneven, causing rocking sound upon lying down to sleep.
Discovered water was not draining properly via drainage when bathing, thus flooding. Although both matters were resolved upon calling for maintenance, it was not creating the best impression for guests.
Hair conditioner was not refilled in the bathroom. Missing standard amenities in the room: no comb, only 1 shower cap.
Hotel room was booked for 3 guests but only 2 sets of amenities were available. hotel staff was not readily obliging when informed by hotel guest that there were 3 guests in the room thus asking for 1 more glass & mug at check-in counter. Hotel guest had to ask if there was a need to share the glass /mug in the room.

A lot of Google reviews were mainly complaining about the check in process and how unprepared the rooms were but it was not the case for us. I guess the hotel had worked on their service recovery. We came at around 3:30pm and our check in was so smooth. The twin room with pool view room was perfect for the 3 of us. Even though the sofa bed was not really a bed (it remained a sofa), but it fitted for one person. The hotel provided bed sheet, blanket, pillow toothbrush and bottled water for the third person sleeping on the sofa. The room was big, had a big table and the interior was chic. No complains during our stay.

Very comfortable stay with good service staff, toiletries are basic but there is option to get more from the front desk. Breakfast options is limited but good enough for small non-fussy eaters like me.
