「Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a...

「Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done.」

「Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.」

「Big room, nice staff, convenient location」

「Check in staff is friendly and responsive but unit not ideal. Neighbours play loud music early in morning, wall is thin such that can hear neighbour alarm clock, although at top floor, knocking and renovation start at surrounding after 8am, road noise from truck also hearable. As unit is studio, no walls for room, blinds in unit is missing/not installed, light shone in after 8am. Lastly, the charges for unit is nearly 50% to fees and taxes whereas other units is only less than $10, this will...

「房間很大，但冷氣不夠，整晚睡覺都很熱，其他的都不錯，走路去商場就大概5分鐘就到了，到了商場，商場有很多吃的選擇！來這裡重點是他旁邊的水上樂園，小孩玩得很開心！」
