"I stay here for 4days in Kumamoto. The hotel is nice! It is near to the tram station which is within 5mins walk. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shops nearby the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy. Everyone have to remove their shoes and store in the lockers at the main entrance. The onsen is located at the top floor of the hotel. The environment of the onsen is clean and nice too. After having bath in the onsen, you can even enjoy the ice bars (in the afternoon)or the yogurt drink (in the morning) provided. Besides, the hotel provide a little bowl of free ramen as night food! Overall, it was a great experience staying here! "
