“perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. “Belle découverte que les côtes de la Mer Noire. Notre séjour à Villa Viola s'est très bien passé. La maison est grande et son emplacement sur les hauteurs est idéal. Très belle piscine pour se rafraîchir. Balchik est une petite station balnéaire authentique, loin des abus immobiliers que l'on trouve plus au sud. La villa mérite un bon rafraîchissement pour lui redonner de sa superbe mais reste agréable.”

“When we arrived at the villa with our family of 10 we were very impressed lovely large garden area and fabulous pool. The villa itself was outstanding the pics do not do it justice. Mike the host met us at Lidl as we were lost on way in and he was very helpful throughout our stay, even dropping some of our party to the airport when we left.😊 Pool was cleaned regularly Barbecue area was fantastic Games room in the basement was fun for all. Overall a great stay but could have done with bigger……

“Der Urlaub drohte der reine Horror zu werden, Flüge gecancelt, Stunden in Flughäfen verbracht, Gepäck verloren... Dann kamen wir in der Villa Sunrise an und alles wendet sich zum Besten. Sehr schöner Ort um auszuspannen und sich zu erholen. Villa ist sehr sauber, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alex der Verwalter ist sehr zuvorkommend und sofort da, wenn man was braucht. Sollten wir je wieder nach Bulgarien kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall die Zeit……

“Had a really good room with balcony. Quiet and spacious. Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to. Good pool and spa included for guests. Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking.”

“Good price, but the rollaway bed is very small. Also charge us for tea bags and coffee (from its coffee machine), which in general are free.”
