“I not the person who writes negative review on any thing but this time i am very very disappointed how the staff treat with my brother and sister after i left there are a guest too . I have stayed in Hyatt multiple time in all different countries and always referred to all my family’s and friends now i won’t recommend to any of my family & friends this Hyatt dharamshala really disappointed me so i will never re book again, one more thing I left some things behind by mistake but they didn’t even……

“The property is very well maintained, with great attention to detail and service. The rooms with a view has a genuinely fantastic view of the Dhauladhar Range, especially room 405 and the ones next to it. The food was also great in taste and quality. The breakfast menu is limited but great in taste. ”

“The owner was very helpful. I had a great room with a mountain view but no sun and it was cold, so the owner offered an alternate sunny warm room which was great. Fantastic hot wayer :)”

“Stayed at this hotel on Temple Road, McLeod Ganj in January end 2026 and honestly had a very nice experience. Food was really good. The balcony view was amazing — you can see Dharamshala and snow-covered mountains, which felt super peaceful. The place is calm and quiet but still very close to the main square and Dalai Lama Temple, so location is perfect. Mrs Sonia at the reception was very welcoming and kind, made us feel comfortable right from the start. Overall, a simple, peaceful stay……

“Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are……
