“New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.”

“This property was ideal for our first couple of days in Fort Cochin. Convenient location and Varghese and his wife made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed delicious, home cooked breakfast on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily return.”

“Beautiful location near the backwater n so serene n quiet. Had a wonderful time with family and the chef Ashraf was excellent n his service was great. Thompson who was in charge took care of everything n very prompt. ”

“This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.”

“Let me start with, I would rent this property again. The property could use some cosmetic improvements for the NRI customer. The property manager is new at this and some attention to detail would make the experience much better. For example, written instructions on how to handle/ find mundane things like how to dispose of full garbage bins, batteries for remotes, turn on the water heater, refill all the hand soap bottles, would make life simple. As a new property, it is pretty clean. The rooms……

“Ein 5-Sterne-Luxushotel nach europäischen Standard. Sehr netter Empfang, Hilfsbereitschaft, late check-out um 2h war kein Problem. Habe Club Lounge Zimmer/Suite gebucht 7 Stock mit toller Aussicht und feinen Snacks in der Lounge. Flughafentransfer kostet 2900Rupien.”

“Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.”
