「This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

「The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. 」

「在森林中的現代別墅，整個度假村只有不到十個房間，非常清潔舒適，如隱世桃園，浴室是半露天的，透自然光的天窗，設計非常好，對客人服務細心，有Wi Fi，但只限房外的公共空間或接待大堂內，餐廳水準高，早餐不錯，spa只有一個房間，不能同時服務兩位客人，要等．免費的香草園行，有職員帶領，可行到山頂．別墅遠離其他景點及餐廳，要有出租車才可方便出入．非常享受一晚的寧靜住宿，推薦！」

「All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. 」

「no accommodation or food for our driver. room was okay, no TV, no AC. service was slow The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area. The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. 」

Rooms were clean and comfortable, not many amenities provided (low pricing so understood), WiFi was decent in the room we stayed. Overall felt at home.」
