"The helpful staff is the best thing about this hotel. They sorted out a very cold room with inadequate bedding with a smile, helped with a taxi and nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges, and they had a drains problem making the lift and corridor smelly. It’s 20 mins from the airport - ok for a stopover."
