“Elendig service og madforgiftning af aftensmaden. Der var ikke noget toiletpapir på værelset, personalet var ikke særligt opsøgende på vores behov, og det var ikke muligt at få noget at drikke. Poolen var mindre end på billederne, og der var ikke muligt at ligge der. Der var mange skrigende børn på trods af at råb ikke var tilladt. “The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! “Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”
