and hot tub spotless, and the room/bathroom/balcony very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the hill and was a treat to be at for our four nights! Also, it is a good location for some sightseeing such as the seven hells."

However, the room we were staying in was surprisingly old. The facilities in the room appeared to have been used for over a decade. The sink had turned yellow and cracked, and the TV was small and had low resolution. The room also had an unpleasant odor. "It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "
