Hilton Garden Inn Kunming Dianchi
The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all.
