「Wir waren das erste Mal in Bad Homburg und haben das Hotel aufgrund des Namens und Preis ausgesucht. Alles war sehr sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir verpassten das Frühstücksbuffet, trotzdem gab uns das Personal noch zwei Kaffees to go, inklusive zwei Croissants kostenlos. Sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. War sehr ruhig, sehr bequemes Bett, tolles Badezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.」

「Hotel um pouco afastado, uma grande propriedade adaptada com quartos muito bons, muito limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, fácil de estacionar. Se tiver malas grandes e pesadas há certa dificuldade na entrada. O restaurante oferece pratos deliciosos e a atendente era de Portugal, foi uma delicia poder conversar com alguém tão gentil em português.」

「Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working. 」

「I suggest the hotel might consider providing catering service not only for breakfast. After all, the surrounding area is quite remote and not too many choices for food. Other than that, everything else is perfect. 」
