Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for 5 adults and three children. It was clean and well maintained. The kids loved to pool and it was a short walk to the beach. iTrip was very organized. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely vacation

Perfect spot. Within minutes of beach and a refreshing pool on site. Clean and new unit with everything you would need. Great for a family with grandparents, parents and children. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic-Lovely Place

My co-workers and I came down to get away from work! We had a lovely time. The house was perfect, plenty of room to enjoy each others company and lovely sleeping arrangements. Just a short walk to the beach. Additionally, the house had a folder that recommend nearby places to visit, eat, or drink! We had a blast and can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous, large, clean house!

Gorgeous, large, clean house!! It was everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The rooms were large and the balcony was perfect for early morning coffee drinking! Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house

What a perfect family vacation spot. Just a five minute walk to the beach, just stepped outside to the pool. The house was immaculate and had all of the amenities needed.

Beautiful accommodations! The home had all we needed and more. It was clean, well furnished, and close to the beach. The pool was refreshing and the neighbors were friendly too.

Beautiful house by the beach - perfect for family

This was a perfect setting for our family’s week at Kure beach. The house was exactly as listed- beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. Kitchen has great appliances and everything we needed for family meals while we were there (even for the kids!) Staff were super responsive and communicative in the time before and during our stay which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great new home

We had a lovely stay at this new townhouse! Great furniture and beach/pool items available. Third floor living space open from kitchen to living room great for socializing with your guests. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the closest public beach access point and a decent pool for the neighborhood. The host kept in touch with us very frequently! Elevator access for 3 floors huge plus!

Great for families!

We came for a long weekend and stayed with 2 other families, all with young children. The house was perfect for what we needed, everything very clean. The only “complaints” we had were very minor and were that the walk to the beach access was somewhat far with the young children, and the kitchen could have had more pot/pan options. Otherwise we loved it and had an amazing time! The pool access is super convenient as well.

Excellent stay!

My family and I had an incredible stay! The home was recently built in the last couple of years and had wonderful finishes, appliances, and overall quality. The neighborhood pool is literally across the street, and the beach is a short 2-4 minute walk away. The management team was responsive when we had a small question/issue with the home. Highly recommend!

Cary Me Away

This was a lovely property, new construction in great condition, well decorated, with comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay with another family of young kids too. There was plenty of space to spread out. Mgmt was very welcoming and responsive to questions. It was a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the community pool. Would stay again!

A special week!

"Carry Me Away" was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation. It looks just like the pictures. We were so excited when we drove up, found our bedrooms, and unpacked our groceries in the beautiful kitchen. The living room was perfect for our family meetings each night. The check-in and check-out procedure was very smooth and efficient. We could easily communicate with the owners. They were always very available. The location was great on a very quiet street and just a 6 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend :"Carry Me Away!"

Wonderful Kure Beach Rental

I highly recommend this beach rental if you are looking to stay in Kure Beach. This townhome is in a great location. It's close to the pier, Fort Fisher State Park, Carolina Beach State Park and is a short walk to the public beach access. The property management company answered any questions we had immediately and added several other personal touches. This is a new townhome and the builder is finishing out the other townhomes in the development so it is an active construction site. However, we were aware of this when we booked and it did not diminish our experience.

Spacious and updated

Upscale appliances and finishes, great space but in need of hooks or extra storage in bathrooms, full length mirrors, and please more than 1 bath towel per person for this price! The elevator is a necessity with the steepness of stairs, and the TV 's required knowledge of how to manage streaming VS a simple cable system. The pool is across the street not as close as the picture suggests, but nice.The washer/dryer combo is excellent.

Fabulous rental

My family (2 adults, 3 kids and 2 elderly grandparents) LOVED Cary Me Away. The bottom floor bedroom with a walk-in shower and an elevator made it absolutely ideal for the grandparents that don't get around as easily as they used to. It was very handy having a garage. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really enjoyed the nice sized front porch. The master bedroom was very nice and each of the bathrooms was really nice. You can tell this is a newer property and it was very clean. We had a couple of issues with the elevator and a smoke detector and ITrip was very responsive each time. The property is a decent walk (5-10 minutes) to the beach, so we rented a golf cart. There were also lots of chairs, beach toys, body boards and even a Shabumi shade in the garage for use, which was a huge bonus.

Clean with everything you want

The townhome is beautiful and sits towards the back of the street. The community is quiet. The pool is across the street. When sitting on the third story deck, one can see a little bit of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help with sleeping as some might go to bed before others. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The outside shower has warm water and helps prevent sand coming in the house. I appreciated having a garage to keep the car cool. We had a great vacation in this serene part of Kure Beach!

We were Carried Away

We were truly carried away with how nice this rental was! Although we went during winter, it was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Every room was nicely furnished, well decorated and well stocked. We were able to prepare all of our meals at home instead of having to go out or order in. We did note several restaurants nearby for those who prefer to eat out. I'm typically a terrible sleeper but slept well during my stay. I think it's because the house has a calm/soothing feel to it. The kitchen/family room area is open and gets a lot of natural sunlight, which I love. There are also multiple balconies on the property you can utilize. I've never seen a rental as well kept up as this house was. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

My sisters and mom went to celebrate a big birthday. We needed a quiet place not in the heart of Carolina Beach but close enough to the beach to walk, with a pool for mom and easy access. This place fit the bill perfectly, and the elevator was a bonus (we did end up needing a lesson on how to use it!). Communication with iTrip is great, and the place was very clean with tons of stocked items in kitchen and for beach. The beach access is actually 5 short blocks, an easy 10 minute walk. The pool is directly across the street and really nice. Beds were comfortable for most; but since we all wanted our own rooms I stayed in the twin bunk room, and the mattress was not very thick. Probably fine for kids that weigh under 80 lbs but for an adult not super comfy. Construction still going on, the crews started at 7am and worked until 5:30 OR 6, so sitting on the patio was a bit noisy, and for most of two days the trucks blocked off the main access road but no big deal to drive around the corner instead. Overall we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this property and the property management.

Beautiful home- wish I lived here!

We loved our stay at this townhouse. For context: our group consisted of myself, my husband, and our 1.5 old. Some of our favorite things about it: beautiful home, wonderful upgrades, modern new appliances, the fridge’s ice maker/crushed ice (perfect for drinks after a day at the beach), more than enough room for us, second master, starter kit covered us for our whole 5 day/4 night stay, the walk to the beach was easy/relatively close, and available beach items (not guaranteed) were great. We knew it was 3 floors but reality at time it was daunting (with a 1.5 year old in tow up and down), note: we just opted to not use the elevator. Only thing negative to say/warn - the beds were a bit firm. My husband had a hard time getting sleep because of that. Despite that, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend to others.
