Quiet on the beach

Great location, just enough out of town to miss the crowds on the beach. Clean and convenient, right on the beach. Having a pool was an added bonus for days when the surf was rough or the beach windy.

Great time.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The ocean view from every room is amazing, beach and pool access were a close walk and it had plenty of space. We made a lot of wonderful memories and would definitely rent this unit again.

The property looked nice, was clean and the location worked well. However, the AC broke about two days into our stay and was a constant battle to keep the condo at a temperature that was even comfortable let alone relaxing.

Perfect Family Beach House

We booked this place less than a week before arriving and it was such a smooth process. We received detailed communication from the rental company about check in and check out processes. They were available via text or phone call before we arrived and luckily did not need them during our stay. The house is exactly as described by the photos. The condo was clean and just felt comfortable for our family of 5! The only disappointing item was there were no beach chairs, the one they had was broken so we ended up buying some locally. But besides that it was a gorgeous location for a family vacation.

Great location!

We loved the location of this property and the unit itself is accurately depicted. Where expectations weren’t met was within the management of the unit. After only 2 hours of walking around on the floors upon arrival we all had dirty feet from the floors. We also used bed linens to cover the living room furniture because of the visible stains and dirt...certainly wouldn’t sit on them as-is! Reached out to the office 4 times in 24 hours and received little assistance (laundry doors still broken, two closest beach access points closed with no explanation, keypad issue, and internet issue). The batteries in the keypad were finally changed after a no-show on Sunday, no response from a follow up email on Monday, and another call on Tuesday. So while we loved the location I wouldn’t recommend this unit/company as we experienced it. With increased cleanliness and more responsive staff I would.

Great ocean view

Quiet - very relaxing; great location - short distance to the aquarium and ferry. Property was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and our two grandsons. Also, it was very short distance to the pool and beach access.

Great property a couple issues

No plugs for golf carts, closet door for washer needs attention, fan in master bath needs attention, squeals like a bird. The bed in the master beds is needing.

This place is AMAZING!! Would highly recommend!!

This place is great! The pictures online do NOT do it justice! It is much more spacious and modern than it seems based on the pictures we saw. The unit was clean, modern and very comfortable. The fact that it is an end unit gave us more visibility of the ocean and the beach access is only one unit over! Super convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked (even had a crock pot!) and we enjoyed eating every meal outside on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the Ocean. The deck offers sufficient shade but also sun on the end outside the master bedroom. We enjoyed Kure Beach a lot! This was our first (of many hopefully) trip. The pier is neat as is the boardwalk at Carolina beach. Very quiet and family friendly. A day trip to Wilmington is also recommended. (Historic downtown Wilmington is only 30 mins away making it a great day trip. Check out the USS NC Battleship!) Would highly recommend this unit. It's clear the owners take pride in their place and maintain it well. :)

Great for ocean watching

This is a very lovely unit, beautifully and comfortably decorated. We especially enjoyed the tall deck chairs – great for ocean watching. The staff at Sea Coast Rentals were very courteous and professional.
