The view of the ocean was great. Easy beach access.

Nice location. Hard to find local restaurants for meal delivery. Middle bathroom tile was a little grungy and sink was very slow, Delay in water going down the drain in the sink. Very easy access to the pool. Enjoyed the stay but suggest a professional cleaning of tile or upgrad in middle Bathroom. Master bedroom bathroom was very nice.

Relaxing stay

Beach front, easy access! A couple of issues with our unit that were addressed and fixed promptly. Great customer service! Could use a kitchen and spare bathroom update. Overall we were pleased. One of my favorite trips with awesome memories!

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

This condo was very comfortable. The views from the living room and decks cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach made it easy to run back to the unit for a snack, lunch or bathroom. Kitchen is well equiped. Beds were comfortable. Everything clean and nicely painted.

Ocean Front Relaxation

Condo was roomy with 3 BRs. Deck facing the ocean was awesome. Close proximity to restaurants and shops in Carolina Beach.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!!!

This was our worst stay in an Ocean Dunes property. We checked in on Day 1 and within an hour of being there, the resident roaches came out from the kitchen and were all over the counter and floors. These were NOT palmetto bugs! I know the difference. This place is infested. We reported the issue on the next morning and maintenance was sent over to spray behind the stove. Well, whatever maintenance is using does NOT work! The roaches were out again on the next day. We had to make sure we didn’t pack any of them and bring them back home on check out day! We all felt uneasy and like this place wasn’t clean. I could tell the cleaning crew only surface cleaned things. The bedside tables were dusty and dirty, the mattress protectors had stains on them, the dryer was left with bath mats and full of sand. We didn’t even want to use it to clean our clothes, because we would just be washing and drying them in sand. I have never had such a bad experience staying at Ocean Dunes. Seacoast Rentals dropped the ball here and clearly this property is not suitable for rental. I do NOT recommend staying here, unless you want to stay with roaches at a barely clean property.

Wait N Sea 2022

The location was great and beds were comfortable. The unit was clean, but a little TLC on a few minor things would be good. The sliding screen was broken when we arrived, and the electric can opener didn't work. Fortunately there was a manual one. Overall, though, I must say it was a very relaxing vacation and the views and location were wonderful. I would definitely visit this unit again.

We stayed here because we have been fishing the rocks there my entire life. Absolutely perfect place if you want to be close to there.

5 Star All The Way

We enjoyed our stay so much! A fully furnished kitchen helped us to be able to have more time as a family and not having to leave the beach. We enjoyed the recreation center. Nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and bathroom. Very clean. All of this at a good and decent price. Possibly returning in the future.
