Cute spot right on the ocean

We had a great time. The location was super and the place was decorated really well. We enjoyed walks along the path right next door, that led to fort fisher another beautiful beach access spot. The water came right up (literally) to the unit. The only disappointment was that there was a broken chair on the balcony, so we couldnt eat our meals outside (which we like to do). We were also short on supplies, we had to run out and get more tp, there was 1 roll for a 5 day stay. And while it wasnt anything major, the cleanliness could have been improved. We found corn chips in the sofa along with items left behind by other guests (probably kids). We ended up rushing out, so hopefully we didn't leave anything behind ourselves. Overall it was a nice place and we had a great time. A solid 4/5 and on point value wise. Thanks.

They should disclose that the property is being held up by sand bags pretty much. The condo was very nice with comfortable furniture. We did enjoy a small beach right next to the property but there was a larger beach about 1/4 mile away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Items that need to be addressed

The TV in the living room went out on Monday. I contacted them on Tuesday. They came and tried to fix it, but the TV could not be fixed. They notified the owners, but the owners never responded. We were without a TV in the living room. The owners need to stay in contact with the renters.

Wish I could leave a good review

Our stay was less than stellar and I wish I could say otherwise. Communication with the property managers was dismal. We arrived and noticed chunks of food behind the couch as well as crackers on the patio ground, a chunk of hair and bottle cap on bedroom floor. The patio was advertised to have a table with two chairs as well as two rocking chairs. Well the table only had one chair - which was broken and one of the rockers was also broken. I informed the management team about this immediately on our second day and they did nothing. The owners never responded and now the management team is ghosting me. Typically case of people who have a lot of money and just buy places to rent like slumlords and don’t take care of them at all. We will not be returning to this same listing ever again.
