「We went to the hotel as a family trip on 01.06.2018 to 03.06.2018 We were a group of 10 Adults and 4 Children Hotel was 3.6 Km Very Steep Narrow Hill road If u go by Tempo traveller you will not be able to reach your Room Directly You have to stop near the reception from there you have to walk approx 1 kilometer 45 Degree very steep hill road to reach your room If Old age people of people or people who are not able to walk long distance please do not opt this resort Service in the...

「Good stay near lake and Bus stand, staff welcomed us with smile. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast was buffet had mixed of south indian and continental. Some games out side too. Thanks to Shankar for serving wonderful breakfast.」

「We stayed with family for 3 nights and booked two rooms. Nice rooms, well maintained, hot water available throughout, good complimentary breakfast and room service, responsive manager - Yuvaraj, friendly and smiling staff, great support staff responding to guests, great views from the rooms (amazing and stunning views). Three pet dogs were cute and welcoming and my daughter had a great time with them.」

「It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience 」

「This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book」
