「A very disappointed experience!
I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water!
The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and...

「Beautiful, spacious, clean and modern home. Very easy check-in process and host was responsive with questions. ****NOTE: While this home is close to the airport, it is very difficult to get a taxi for an early AM flight*** We could not make a reservation on the GO App since it was out of the service area. While I was able to make a reservation appointment via UBER for 5:45am - it never came. My Uber request kept being cancelled and asked to try again. Unfortunately, many of the taxi services...
