"溫店外觀雖然舊，但服務非常好。職員詳細說明酒店各設施及早晚餐、溫泉等安排。房內有提供甜點供入住時下午享用。晚餐是懷石料理，質素都不錯，額外點的酒水價格合理。酒店內的商店都有足夠的紀念品及土產的選擇。早餐時份，職員會留意各人的座位，而調整窗簾以防住客被陽光直射。酒店亦有提供往返火車站的穿梭巴士，只不過提供服務時間與火車時間差了少少，由火車站到酒店時，需要等多於半小時。相反由酒店到火車站則只有約2分鐘時間，幸好我與職員溝通後，當住客上齊車後立即開出，結果我有足夠時間買車飛及前往月台。"

"Toyoko Inn is a good hotel , I must recommend it to my friends. It is located in the center of town, and the popular stores also can be found in there. Such as Aeon and cosmetics store as well. Facilities are nice as well."

"The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that the road leading to the hotel can be quite dark at night, so extra caution is recommended when driving. We stayed in Room 113, which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space is generous, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private garden that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. I would definitely choose this property again when visiting Karuizawa."
