"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Leider war das bett eine Katastrophe, sobald man sich gedreht hat, war es am quietschen und knacken, was den schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratze war durch gelegen. In der dusche lagen haare im Abfluss und in der dusche an der silikon naht überall schwarze schimmel flecke. Am wasch becken klebte irgendwas, als wäre was ausgelaufen gewesen.
