「We stayed at this hotel for three nights in one of the nicer rooms (with the large hot tub on the terrace). On a positive note: the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. While the staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful they are not particularly effective (maybe not well trained)? - for example housekeeping made the beds (on the days we called to have room serviced) but didn’t replace coffee cups and coffee pods (need to call front desks).
