Worst hotel u’ve Stayed in but cheap!

A few tweaks and this could be a nice hotel but it was pretty awful-have stayed in hostels in Thailand much better. Room was dirty on arrival and ‘cleaned’ only once during week stay despite sign being hung on door daily (the one time it was ‘cleaned’ we requested so at reception and all they did was change Rubbish bin & sweep floor-beds etc untouched). Previous occupants belongings left in our room showing how poor standards of cleanliness are. Pillows without pillowcases & just a waffle sheet type thing in the way of bed covers. Breakfast very basic, you can get eggs cooked to order but that’s pretty much it apart from bread (stale/soft cereal also available!). No hot water for showering in one of our rooms for the whole week so showered in my husband’s room (we had to book 2 rooms as weren’t allowed to share one room with our 7 & 4 year old children). Salt water from all taps including shower! Location is okay, walkable to the marina and nice view from room. Big problem with sound proofing-other guests coming in late at night (4am) and talking loudly until 6am almost every night and whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke despite being a no smoking hotel! However, we paid little for the room & I guess you get what you pay for-there were no bugs in our room & the hotel does have a swimming pool (although too cold for us to use when we stayed). No English TV Lots of staff but nobody busy doing anything! Don’t think i’d stay again or if I did it’d be because of price.

Det var salt vann i både dusj og spring og frokosten var ikke klar til rett tid .Ingen rengjøring på flere dager! Vi forlot hotellet før det var gått en uke ! Vi hadde booket for 14 dager, men vi lukte svette og måtte bo hos venner så vi fikk vasket oss !! Aldri mer der !!

Du n’importe quoi Ce qui est affiché dans la description n’est pas du tout réel, un 3 étoiles qui ne mérite même pas une seule Clim qui ne fonctionne pas, chambre sale avec des draps qui ne couvrent pas le matelas taché sans couvre matelas. 3 jours sans avoir la chambre faite. Piscine sans intérêt avec des papiers dedans sans que le personnel s’en occupe Petit déjeuner et dîner absolument immangeable Niché sur une colline, il faut prendre un dolmus pour le centre Heureusement pour nous que c’était une simple escale de 3 nuits La majorité sont anglais pour 1 semaine..... Surtout à ne pas refaire

I will never stay at this hotel again! It’s pure filth! I went for a week with my friend we arrived Saturday the 10th off aug reported loads off problems on the first day, no air con, balcony door was broke wasn’t fixed we went to have a shower on Wednesday no water asked cleaners for towels was told there was none left , rooms worent cleaned until the 5th day into the holiday, single bed in the room was full off ants our room wasn’t the only room that had the ants in the bed! All problems wore reported but not fixed! They don’t care! Within a week off our stay 5 staff memebers wore sacked for robbing ppl at the pool off there money and another one sacked for attacking a lady! AVOID this hotel don’t give them your money! It’s pure filth

Hotel temizliği ile tanışamadık. Yapılmış olsaydı yorum yapabilirdik. Girerken zaten temizlenmemiş olan odanın yerlerini, personel az, çok yoğunuz diyen bir çalışandan rica ile sildirebildik. Mazeretler konukları ilgilendirmez. 3 yıldızın varsa yapacaksın. Hem de her gün Yatak rahattı fakat temiz mi konusu soru işareti. Kapı kolları bile paslı. Kahvaltıları güzel. Havuzda keyifli saatler geçirdik.

no wifi was a big disappointment....however there is a lovely pool and outdoor cafe/ party area in back....the bed and shower were both okay. Walked to the city centre once i learned how to do it. a city of hills. a beautiful city with a fun beach atmosphere. Beautiful carpets and welcoming restaurants. Please go there.
