"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room. Pillows are traditional Japanese style (small and somewhat hard) so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer a larger and softer pillow. Website is not clear, but rooms have sinks and toilets, but the bath (onsen style) is shared. Ample parking and great...

"歩いて10分かからない所にコンビニがあるなど立地はかなりいい方だと思います。 温泉は行く前の写真と比べると小さく感じます。 洗濯機を置くなど親切なところはいいですね。 テラスも広く景色も森を見る分にはかなりいいと思います。 チェックイン時にウェルカムドリンクをもらえるのですが宿泊者全員分貰えればなお良かったかなと思います。"

The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu."
