"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. The building interior was like a maze with beautiful objects and resting places all around and overlooking the garden."

"We arrived to find a hotel that had misplaced our reservation, that could either be their fault or the fault of Travelocity. When we were finally escorted to a room, it was run down and filthy. There were stains on the walls and doors, the hallways had a faint smell of disuse and mildew, it was entirely unpleasant. Now, I'm well aware that we had selected this place because of its lower room rates (compared to the other onsen in the area), but truth be told, the price wasn't that much lower...

Top Kushimachi Hotel Reviews

Toyoko Inn Kanazawa Kenrokuen Korimbo

8/10 Good

"Well located. Clean. Good breakfast."

HOTEL AMANEK Kanazawa

10/10 Excellent

"The room was immaculate. It has everything I need. Laundry is at the 2nd floor which washers that can be paid by coin or through the app. Soap was free. This area is centralized so it is easy to walk around (15 minutes) to samurai district or kenrokuen garden. Bus stop and train station is also walking distance. There are izakayas near the hotel that was also walking distance. Kudos to the staff Tomatsu and the guy I believe his name is Khadil. They were very helpful and kind with me, I will definitely recommend this place to people visiting Kanazawa. 5/5"

Hoshino Resorts KAI Kaga

10/10 Excellent

"We have stayed in a few Hoshino Resorts KAI hotels. KAI Saga is supposed to be the flagship KAI hotel with the most historical hot spring source but the room facilities are not at very good conditions. Suggest to improve the room facilities with more conveinient power sockets or add USB sockets at bed headboards."
