The location of the hotel is not an issue, the staff are friendly. However, the hotel rooms are located in the basement without windows, they have fake windows that are decorated, none of the rooms have balconies, and the carpets are very old and moldy, which is really disappointing.

Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below.

Noise but good location.

When we checked in she tried to give us the one bed instead of the 2 twin beds that I booked. Not cool. eventually she gave us the 2 twin beds that I booked. You can hear all the talking/ snoring beside your room and all the noise outside your door. also It will be nice if they can clean under the bed, because they are dirty when we checked in. But the hotel is in the good location. friendly staffs.

The hotel was generally good, but it was not cool, even though it was caused by a lack of refrigerant gas in the air conditioner. It was regrettable that there were a few cockroaches in the room, and the humidity was high. In addition, the indoor air was cloudy because the ventilation facilities were not working well. But the working staff are all friendly, safe and affordable

Convenient location

Kuta beach is just right outside of the hotel, shopping malls and flee market is just around the corner. However, was given a basement room that has no window is a disappointment, washroom condition is not ideal. I would say its a bit over-priced compared to the other hotel i stayed in on the same road just 1 block down.

飯店就在Kuta beach旁,頂樓的餐廳可以看夕陽,游泳池很小,但是很漂亮,飯店服務人員都很好,消費也不高,走路就可以到Beach Walk Shopping Mall,非常方便的地點.房間是全部在地下室,除了無法知道外面天氣狀況,住起來倒是挺舒適的.

I stayed at a number of places in the Kuta/Legian area and Kutabex was a great option to be by the water. Clean room, super comfortable bed and the entertainment at night was awesome.
