"Not a relaxing stay.
Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card.
They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room.
Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon.
All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay"
"Sense's staff are helpful and caring. The exterior of the hotel is nice and located next to Echo Beach within a 10-minute walk.
However, the interior of the room is quite outdated. Some of the decorations are worn. Also, there is barely any soundproofing measurement inside. I can hear people talking in the pool, especially those who are drunk and keep screaming at midnight and next door, which is extremely disturbing . "
"It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay.
Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. "

Room is very big, very clean and not expensive.
I really love this hotel and i will recommend anymore will stay in canggu.
The duty manager in front desk gave us the dinner recommendation which is the restaurant also very nice. "
"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The villa we were in was very clean and well appointed. The service was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dika who was so helpful. Will come back again."
