We had a nice four night stay here. Great location, about 5min walk to the main part of town. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. AC works well when needed. Helpful staff. There are only 3 rooms at this property (room 2 seems to be the largest).

Wonderful stay in Kutaisi

Giorgi was an incredible host. He was attentive and always available to answer questions. His fluent English made it easy for us to communicate. The room was amazingly clean with a mini fridge that included a freezer enabling me to keep my water ice cold. The attention to detail including providing toiletries, coffee, bathrobe, disposable slippers, bottled water etc made for a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walk to the center and departure points for tours. I loved staying here and appreciated the kindness of the host family.

Great location and Giorgi is an excellent and very responsive host. Some downfalls were that the TV did not work properly, walls were a bit scuffed and the bathroom gets quite wet after a shower, however these are not things that bother us too much. We would happily stay here again.
