“Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where”

“The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. ”

“The building is not prepared to be a hotel. The room is very cold. No heater only cooler. Beside, the building material is not duitable to provide warm.”

“The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City. The view from the roof is incredible, and I absolutely loved the Persian decor of the lobby and hallways. Would stay again! ”

“I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND. PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DO NOT ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS. SO, I WAS LIKE BEING IN A PRISON. THIS IS NOT MAGIC SUITE ALSHAEB, IT IS LA RESIDENCE. I WAS GLAD WHEN I HAD TO LEAVE THIS PLACE AFTER 3 VERY VERY LONG DAYS.”
