「Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...
