Very reasonable prices..I stayed 10 days in Kyiv… 15 minutes walk th metro red line which gets to old Kyiv area and Blue line Metro… thank you to staff who were very helpful and polite.. I will definitely be travelling back to Kyiv in the future.. Slava Ukraine

Far from city center

This hotel is far from Kiev city center but hotel price was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a casino with slot machines onsite and a restaurant but food was not so good and a little expensive. Parking is approx. $5 per day. Overall it's good and I would stay here again

A little far from city center

A little far from city center but the room price is good. There is a casino with slot machines onsite. A restaurant is a little expensive and food is not very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Parking is approx. $5 per night. You will need a taxi to get to Kiev if you don't have a car and it make take an hour if you get in trafic. I would stay here again when in Kiev

Bra vistelse, lite svårt att veta exakt var vi skulle checka in först, men sen var det ett trevligt ställe med bra restaurang. Air condition fungerade tyvärr inte.

Dessvärre motsvarande det inte alls våra förväntningar. Vi stannade en natt av fem och det ligger omgivet av kraftigt trafikerad väg. Rummet kändes allmänt ofräscht och det luktade starkt av rök.

Отель вблизи метро и супермаркетов

Хороший отель, который находиться на окружной дороге в Киеве, от метро 10 минут езды на маршрутки. Рядом супермаркет Ашан, Билла. Wi-fi отличный, Холодильник, телевизор в номере. Но есть нюансы в ванной комнате грибок на плитке, отопление на ночь отключают. В коридоре стоит запах от сигарет. Хотя пишет в номере запрещено курить.

Piores empregados de restaurante

Complexo do hotel era agradável e o quarto onde fica em era bastante espaçoso. Todas as descrições disponibilizadas pelo Hotel estavam corretas tendo até um aquecedor de toalhas no quarto, o que me deixou surpreso. O serviço do restaurante deixou muito a desejar. A primeira refeição que fiz na Ucrânia foi precisamente no restaurante do hotel onde foi atendido por uma empregada que de simpática não tinha nada. Nem um sorriso conseguiu esboçar. A segunda vez que fomos comer ao restaurante e fomos atendidos por um funcionário que Nem parecia ser do hotel pela simpatia que tinha (este teve direito a grojeta). Na terceira vez nem sequer cheguei a comer. Depois de já ter escolhido o que iria comer e ter a ementa devidamente fechada, o funcionário que lá estava pediu-me para aguardar 2 minutos enquanto levantava o resto da louça suja das outras mesas que já estavam vazias. O certo é que estive 25 minutos à espera que essa louça suja fosse levantada enquanto o restaurante estava vazio. Levantei-me para sair, pois havia muitos outros locais onde eu poderia comer sem esperar tanto. Quando os funcionários me viram sair nem sequer me dirigir a uma palavra ou um pedido de desculpas. Em geral o hotel correspondeu às expectativas mas o restaurante Apesar de ter boa comida, o atendimento era péssimo

Ordinarily scammed

Despite booking 2 rooms in the "Comfort" standard, we received rooms visually looking much worse than the "Standard" on the hotel website. A comparison of the offered room with the received room I attach on the photos. Reception staff very unpleasant, arrogant, poorly speaking English considered that only such rooms have, and nothing they can do. After the complaint we were informed that they have available only one room in accordance with our order, on the 8th floor, without elevator. The offer was considered non-refundable, we did not want to cancel it or provide us with rooms in accordance with the ordered. The worst element of the room was the bathroom, smelly, dirty, fungus, very dark - which is visible in the pictures. We were afraid to use it. A large, very worn-out room with a low standard. No floor covering, the floor had unpleasant cracked tiles, between which there were huge amounts of dirt (photos). Bed linen was not even coated, we received information that you should do it yourself, Therefore, I assume that the bed linen has not been changed throughout the entire stay. Moreover - there were cracks in the door to the room - you could hear every sound from the corridor. Fortunately, we spent all day visiting Kyiv (a fantastic city!) and didn't have to spend a lot of time in this "hotel". After spending hundreds of nights in hotels, this is my first experience where I was so ordinarily scammed. I definitely do not recommend it.
