It wasn't good! First, it's really loud in there, mattress I said so old and nasty that it literally screams: " don't you dare to sleep on me" I mean, your every turn im this bed is loud. Toilet was broken... Girl on the reception was very aggressive when I asked her to help with our tv ( we couldn't turn it on ) she said that it's not her job to deal with our tv, she couldn't help and was very annoyed... Curtains were dirty, I don't even want to talk about shower(((
I was very disappointed to be homest, the price is way beyond the quality... I will never stay there again... If you want your vecation to be ruined stay there!
Güzel bir konaklama. Metroya 5 dakika. Temiz sessiz ve konforlu.

Good location. Friendly staff. Rooms are being cleaned everyday, including cleaning the kitchenette. Free laundry services. Ask them for the airport pick up - 3 times cheaper than airport taxi!!

no value for money
Not good room service. No tea bags and not enough hot water. Ridiculous boiler size. Hot water finishes in few minutes. How to bathe in a room meant for three ?
Sehr gute Lage.

Good location
The room we stayed in was two bedrooms with a kitchen, two double beds and a sofa bed, turned out to be two sofa beds and a double/queen bed, but was alright, two t.vs with two english chanels, cnn and one other, was plenty of dishes and silver ware but absolutely no pots or pans, asked first time they gave us one small pot, asked a couple days later they gave us one more, we ended up going to the super market across the street and buying a couple more, they only had fairly good quality so we had to spend about 35-40 dollars for the 2, blankets were sparse and cleaning was cursory at best, there was a single air conditioner in the living room so the two bedrooms were rather warm, but all that said, it was a good stay and I would recomend this hotel, our apartment was fairly spacious, clean and modern, location is nice, with a super market, bazzar, and plenty of playgrounds for the kids and even a street market with bobas selling thier produce, 3.25 stars for a decent price
It was a bedroom with a bath and a hot pot and hot plate. The view was fabulous, It was clean and easy to get to. Not really like a hotel more like a dorm but private.
The good:
- Conveniently located near market, shops and metro/underground/subway station.
- The staff is helpful and very friendly.
- The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
The bad:
- Lack of professionalism on the management side:
- - You can get only one key for your room, so if there are two or more guests, they need to return their key to reception, so the other guest can pick it up.
- - Bed sheets were too small for the mattress, so every once in a while you end up sleeping on the uncovered mattress.
- - Every other day you have to go to reception and ask for shampoo or toilet paper as the initial supply is good for a couple of days only.
- My wife was charged for early check in (she checked-in 3.5 hours earlier). Of course, "on paper" that's how it's supposed to be, but no other hotel in North America or Europe has ever charged us if they had a room available.
Excellent service from everyone at the reception. They all went that extra mile to arrange taxi and made my local travel a very pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone at the reception.
Everything was so good.. The big building with two large elevators.. Very hygienic, on the rooms in higher floor the city view was amazing, the beddings and bathroom was very ckean and beautiful..

The hotel close to transport links and cheap.
The hotel close to transport links (subway (underground), buses etc.), local shops and cheap. The reception is on third floor and no information was shown, where is it. I speak Russian, so I could ask local people, where is the hotel??? When I arrived, I was shocked because of it. The lift, stairway, hallway are very disappointing (in need of renovation), but the room is clean, modern and safe (they gave me 2 electronic keys and 1 normal).
I've rented apartments in Ukraine on a daily basis for about 2 years, and I do know market very well.
Because of the influx of refugees from the Eastern parts of the country and because of the inflation the prices in Kiev went up about 30%. Still, this hotel is grossly overpriced. TVs are often broken, and sometimes there's no even necessities such as soap (you have to ask for it).
Still, I'd recommend it to you if you are in airport and don't know where to go, it's not a bad option.
The hotel part is only on the 3rd floor. The rest of the 22 stories are condos. Very convenient location, 1/4 mile from subway, McDonalds and grocery store. And a great little Italian restaurant we found with great prices about another 1/4 mile up from McDonalds on opposite side of street.
