Set 1.1 miles from Kymis Beach in Kymi, this holiday home of 3 main bedrooms and 1 at the attic which is used auxiliary and additionally to accommodate more than 6 people, features a sun terrace. The villa can accommodate upto 10 people IN TOTAL. Guests benefit a swimming pool, a gorgeous Sea and Nature view from all over the villa. Free private parking is available on site.
There is a seating, dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, fridge and an oven, including all the facilities and amenities a kitchen could have and offer to facilitate and make happy the stay of our guests. A flat-screen Tv with live streaming programs,. such as NETFLIX for your own entertainme, Dvd and Cd player are provided. There is a private bathroom with a hot tub and bath. Two fireplaces are also available. There is also a kids circle swimming pool 4.80 metres X 127 metres height and a playground, where kids and adults can entertain themselves.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including horse riding, diving, fishing and climbing. Skyros National Airport is 29.2 miles away. Athens International Airport is 110 miles away. In a well disinfected and absolutely clean property of 360 sq. meters of 3 levels, you can enjoy not only luxurious but also relaxing moments along with an excellent and immediate service of the Owners. Guests can enjoy holidays of seven days and they'll have one free overnight. In other words, they'll pay for six overnights. If they stay 21 overnights, they have two overnights free of charge, i.e. they pay for 19 overnights. Upon their arrival, they'll have the opportunity to enjoy a welcome pack of drinks, snacks and homemade sweets. The best of all, for our guests, we offer their breakfast free of charge. In winter time, we offer the wood for the fireplaces free of charge. Your stay will meet all of your expectations at the best price and hospitality!.
