"I was greeted at reception by a rude young lady. Not a good beginning. She spoke to me like I was stupid and when I corrected her there was no apology, she just acted like it didn’t happen. Room inside was ok. Only one sheet as a underspead for the bed. You're kidding right? Outside on the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month. Cigarette but stains on the floor. Shower is terrible. Takes 5 minutes for the hot to come on. No ceiling fans. Hard to find a bin. Understaffed big time. If you want to make out You're big time in the hospitality market, provide your guests with adequate service. I checked out. Took me 15 mins to get in the lift. Only one lift working at the time of checkout is amateurish. Wake up! This hotel's management need a kick in the ass as none of them would ever work for me, that I can promise you. Great view. That's it! 3/10"

"The room was clean, view was great and the indoor and outdoor pools and spa were amazing. Service was fantastic and the location was right across the road from the beach which was a bonus. Check in was quick and easy. Negative was the lock on the bathroom and toilet door was broken. Wardrobe was spacious however the two sliding doors on the wardrobe didn’t open up wide enough to hang clothes in. Had a safe but we didn’t use it. Having the "

"Breakfast was good, but it is very basic. Don't expect multi cuisine. Room is very old. No microwave, no water provided if you did not book it through Accor. Beach view is good with a small balcony. Hotel is very basic. Not even par with Novotel, though Accor keep them in same range."
