“The hotel is pretty. A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms……

“The room is spacious and clean. Everything is good”

“乾淨 舒適 但位置有點偏離市區”

“Very quiet room, large, comfortable bed, good WiFi, very hot water, nice shower. Fairly easy to find a parking place by the park in the parallel street behind the hotel, thus avoiding the exorbitant hotel parking fee. Very helpful and pleasant Reception staff. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the hotel, which was surprisingly good value. Carrefour next door was useful for buying s few food items and the train station is only a mile away. Overall very pleased with our choice of……

“Hôtel passable pour une nuit. Attention, il donne sur une grande route et c'est mal isolé donc bruyant ! Idem parking plein donc pas de parking. N'y comptez pas trop malgré les infos sur l'hôtel. En revanche, nous avons apprécié que l'accueil soit ouvert 24/24, ca permet une arrivée tardive.”

“I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was……

“Everybody at the hotel was absolutely wonderful.”

“The Front Desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice with bacon, sandwiches, fruits, breads and comparable with others we had in Spain. Attached subterranean parking garage is convenient. Hotel lobby/atrium, dining area are very nicely decorated. Even though the hotel is technically in Villa Seca, it was close enough to easily drive into Tarragona. The Air Conditioning was fine.”

“Tout est parfait, rien à dire”

“Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr aufmerksam. Unterkunft sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool. Ruhe Oase in den Bergen. Toll.”

“This resort and location should not be your first choice. It remains very frustrating that companies in the hospitality industry focus on efficiency and not the guest experience.”

“Nous avons pris une offre dernière minute comprenant 2 nuits, les petits déjeuners et les billets pour portaventura et Ferrari Land d une journée, le prix était imbattable. En plus l hôtel propose une navette toutes les 30 minutes pour aller et revenir du parc ! L hôtel à un parking mais il est facile de se garer dans les rues aux alentours. Il est situé au milieu de plusieurs restaurants. Très non buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Le personne parle français. Nous avons eu quelques taches au niveau……

“No wifi All nice. ”

“Lovely boutique hotel in Priorat wine region. A place to relax and take in the scenery and fantastic wine and food in the area.”
